Western Beach Leaseholders Association (established in 2021) is an association to represent the common interests of the leaseholders of the development known as Western Beach Apartments (36 Hanover Avenue, London).

 

The association is a member of the Federation of Private Residents' Associations (FPRA)

The goals of the association are:

• To preserve and improve, where required, the amenities enjoyed by leaseholders;

• For the purpose above , to employ solicitors, counsel, surveyors, engineers, accountants, and other professional or qualified persons to advise the Association
